I contacted Phoenix Envirocorp after being referred to them by our home inspector. We were completing the due diligence period and there was water damage that was concerning. I called the office and arranged for testing the next week. The tech arrived when scheduled and completed the testing of the concerned area as well as one additional area that I asked her about. We received the verbal results within 48 hours which allowed us to proceed towards closing with a plan of action (unfortunately they did find Stachybotrys.) They came back to complete the necessary and expanded testing and provided us with a detailed remediation protocol. They have been very quick to respond to my questions both using email and callbacks when necessary. Remediation begins next week and when that is completed we will have EnviroCorp come back to do the final testing. I’m thankful to have this company looking out for my health and well-being.
